We are currently working on making delivery possible in more countries and we will keep you updated! If you want us to deliver to your country, write to us!
What are the payment methods?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or through a PayPal account. We don't accept any other payment method at the moment, but we're working on it!
How does the So Shape Challenge work?
Nothing could be easier:
1. Choose the duration of the Challenge based on your goal:
- 5 days to eliminate a cheat
- 14 days to slim down
- 28 days to lose a bounty
2. Eat a So Shape shake for breakfast, have a free lunch and have a So Shape hot dish (or shake) for dinner.
3. Enjoy results without any yoyo effect: thanks to the perfect nutritional balance of our meals.
Is it only to lose weight?
No! The idea is to stock up on nutrients without the extra calories. Not just for people that want to lose weight! You can consume our products outside of Challenges, to stay fit, without giving up pleasure. Low in calories, rich in nutrients, convenient and delicious: as food should always be. Example: Drinking a clever So Shape Brownie flavour meal in the morning, is much more nutritionally complete and healthy than a chocolate drink full of sugar!
What is a So Shape Meal?
So Shape meals are nutritionally complete, tasty and low in calories! 100% French Innovation, they are made with a perfect composition of selected ingredients that make up all the macro and micronutrients we all need, without the extra calories. Prepared in 3 minutes with only water needed, they become very nutritious dishes, shakes or soups, to take away with you everywhere! For the first time ever, we have 26 different flavours, delivered directly to you, to give you a variety of pleasures and slim down day after day without any hassle!
I'm lactose intolerant, can I still do the Challenge?
Our products are extremely low on lactose. On average in our Smart Meals you will find: 6g of lactose in the sweet flavours & 3g in the savoury flavours. Depending on your intolerance level, if you're not strongly lactose intolerant our Smart Meals won't harm you. At So Shape, we follow the latest scientific advice of the International community and the European standards: you can consume 12g of lactose, or 1/4 litres of milk without any problems, even with a very high lactose intolerance... So let's avoid nonsense! For those who would like to know a little more: So Shape Smart Meals contain vegetable protein sources, i.e. pea and soya proteins, but also milk proteins. It's the perfect combination for a balanced diet which contains all amino acids, and essential nutrients! This is the only source of lactose. So, Smart Meals are extremely good for you... and they don't contain any GMOs, conservatives or other mysterious additives!
How to prepare your So Shape Meals?
First of all, don't forget to remove the infuser from your shaker! And don't put your shaker in the microwave!
Do not use your shaker to mix powder with boiling water. :)
Then the preparation depends on the type of meals.
For the sweets: pour 350mL of cool water, add the powder and shake well! You can also have a few of them warm: in this case, mix, pour into a bowl and put it in the microwave.
For the frappé: pour 350mL of cool water then ice, add the powder. Shake hard!
For the warm soups: pour 350mL of cold water, add the powder, shake, pour into a bowl and put the bowl in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Add water if the soup is too thick.
For the hot dishes: fill the shaker with water using the graduated gauge on the shaker: 120ml for Macaroni & Cheese, 160ml for Pasta Pesto, Pasta Arrabbiata and Pasta Veggie Bolo and 150ml for Risotto Mushroom, Risotto Curry and Chili Sin Carne. Pour the shaker water and the pasta or rice in a bowl, then heat 4min30 in the microwave, without covering. Finally add the powder and mix with the pasta / rice and the cooking water.
How to prepare the hot meals without microwave?
Bring water to boil in a small saucepan. Pour the content of the pasta or rice and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain the pasta/rice. Put the pasta or rice in a bowl, add 6 to 7 table spoons of hot water and mix with the So Shape Meal powder preparation. TIP: Add a few more table spoons of water if the texture isn’t perfect !
How much weight can I expect to lose?
Since we're all different, we can't specify an exact amount of weight that you will lose, also by law, we cannot provide you with the exact figures. But you can check out the results of our shapers here.We focus more on reducing the waist line than a number on a scale since our formulas make you truly leaner! The goal is to lose fat and become lean.
If I want to lose weight, how can I make sure it works and is sustainable?
