Delivery

Don't worry, you won't have to pay customs duty or import taxes for orders within Metropolitan France or countries within the European Union.

If you've placed an order for Switzerland, be advised that the customs duty and import taxes will be charged when the parcel has arrived in your destination country. Your order will be held back at the customs office who will ask you to pay additional taxes and fees. These fees must be covered by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately we have no control over these fees and cannot tell you their amount since the customs and tax policies vary from one country to another.

For additional info on any extra fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming dispatch with a link for you to track your parcel at every moment. Our preparation times for your order are 48 working hours (Monday to Friday).

Try contacting your lovely neighbours or your janitor if you aren't there because the delivery person can give the parcel to them to spare you the trouble of going to the post office.

If in the end none of those close to you received the parcel for you, contact us !

Don't panic! If you aren't there when your parcel is delivered, la Poste will leave a note in your mailbox telling you at which post office you can pick it up.

If you selected the EXPRESS option with Chronopost, their team will contact you in order to schedule delivery at a later date or delivery at the pickup point of your choice.

We're sorry, but for the safety of your order, we cannot deliver by point relais. If you would like to have your parcel delivered by mail, you can use the Poste Restante service. La Poste may charge you extra fees for this service and we would encourage you to contact them for details.
Of course! In order to track your order, follow the link in the mail you received after your order was dispatched. You will also find this info directly by going to your account and clicking on the button "My order".

You have two delivery options for France:

  • STANDARD COLISSIMO: 5€ - Free for orders of 60€ or more - Delivery in 2 to 5 business days from Monday to Saturday.
  • EXPRESS CHRONOPOST : 10€ - Free for orders of 200€ or more - Deilvery in 24h / 48 working hours from Monday to Saturday.

We package your order very quickly in order to get it to you fast, which means that we cannot modify it once it's been confirmed. Unfortunately we cannot change delivery option, delivery address or carton flavours.
