How do I integrate Smart Food into my challenge?

Let's not kid ourselves, we've been waiting a long time to be able to eat pancakes or muffins with a clear conscience! However, we do recommend that you consume two portions of Smart Food a day at most during your challenge, because although the Smart Food products are sugar free and fat free, the goal of the experience is also to get used to eating less. :)

For example: 1 portion of Smart Muesli (30 grams) and 1 muffin, or just 2 pancakes. :)
